We will meet up at 8:00AM to drive to the first location. On the way we will stop for sandwiches and snacks for a picnic lunch.
Locations 1 - We will have the unique opportunity, at this big cat sanctuary, to photograph lions and tigers in a large playpen type enclosure. In order to get clear photos there are several cutouts in the fence allowing for a 70-200mm with hood.
On day two we will visit another big cat sanctuary and other areas
Locations 2 - At this location tigers and leopards are photographed in an open area while on a long chain. There are no obstructions to photograph through. We will also continue on to a nearby wetlands area for bird photography and more.
Note: There is not a lot of walking required
Equipment
You do not need to have a long lens to get great shots. The animals are never more than 50 - 60 feet away from you and sometimes much closer.
Camera - DSLR or Point & Shoot
Flash - Optional for fill flash photography
Tripod or Monopod - Optional
Sunscreen, bug spray and water are advisable. You may even want to bring a folding chair.
